A fairly large stormwater quality treatment facility is successfully installed today at the commercial development site, 2150 McNicoll Avenue. Very impressive.
Swabbing, flushing, hydrostatic pressure test and disinfection of new 150mm PVC watermain is successfully completed today!
On May 22, 2019, the critical portion of site service installation - through horizontal directional drilling under Teston Road, were very smooth and successful. With the SUE GL-A investigation results, Region’s 1800mm and 900mm watermains were actually determined and incorporated in detail design. Hydrovac truck was again on site to expose the watermains during HDD to confirm the exact location.

Ground breaking ceremony, on May 17, 2019, officially kicks off the construction of a supermarket and a retail building (approximately 160,000 sft GFA in total) located at 2150 McNicoll Avenue, City of Toronto. The buildings are scheduled to be open in June 2020.
